To pursue this approach, Soeur has partnered with Tilli, a digital and in-person alteration and repair service,
to help you give a second life to your garments. With the expertise
of skilled craftspeople, alter and repair your Soeur pieces.
This service has been available since June 2023 in our stores, and you can now access the
online service.*

HOW TO USE THE SERVICE?
An alteration up to the value of €12 (the price of a classic hem) is offered with any purchase made less than a year ago
(upon presentation of proof of purchase and excluding discounted items).

You will need to book an appointment with a craftsperson.
The appointment will take place at your home or workplace (slots available 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm).
A professional tailor will come to take your measurements, advise you, and deliver your altered and adjusted piece within 7 to 10 days. A price estimate will be provided when booking and confirmed by your tailor upon quotation.

Bring your piece directly into the store*, where measurements for simple alterations or repair instructions will be taken on
the spot, and your piece sent straight away for repair or alteration.
